Diseree “Dez” Clay, M.A., is an organizational development consultant, leadership strategist, facilitator, international speaker, author, and former educator with more than 10 years of classroom experience.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Grambling State University and a Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling from Louisiana Tech University. Diseree combines her educational foundation, behavioral insight, leadership development, and real-world organizational experience to help people communicate more effectively, work through differences, navigate change, and move from intention to meaningful action.
Her professional experience spans education, nonprofit and executive leadership, ministry, communications, project management, organizational development, community engagement, and workforce development. This cross-sector perspective allows her to understand both the people in the room and the pressures leaders carry outside of it.
Known for her practical, engaging, and refreshingly down-to-earth approach, Diseree blends storytelling, reflection, humor, honest conversation, and applicable tools. She creates learning environments where people feel seen, challenged, and equipped to take their next step.

A wife of more than a decade and mother of four, Diseree currently resides in the Houston, Texas area. Her lived experience as a wife, mother, educator, and leader keeps her work grounded, relatable, and connected to the realities people and families navigate every day.
